How does it work?

1. Consultation and Design: 

• • We connect with you to discuss the ins-and-outs of your vision for your piece, including but not limited to:
    • Color choices
    • Texture choices
    • Desired embellishments/effects
    • Any other specific instructions you may have
  • If you are uncertain of some of those details, we will assist you with recommendations along the way!

2. Stitching Expertise:

• • Once the consultation is complete, we discuss pricing and a rough timeframe of completion with you. We will take the specialized care needed to take your well-loved canvas and bring it to life!
  • You, as the customer, will ship your canvas to us at the desired shipping rate and expediency you wish to pay for.
    • We request that you send an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking information so we can ensure delivery and pickup of your special piece. 
  • Throughout the experience, we will send updated photographs to ensure the vision is maintained and you have the satisfaction of knowing exact details along the way.

3. Delivery As Promised:

• • Upon completion of stitching, while ensuring expedient shipping and packaging for safe keeping, we let you know when it has been shipped out and has a tracking number for you to monitor.
  • We know that you have been waiting for your piece to be returned to you and feel honored to be a part of that process.
